Service Provision
- PlayFord Logistics INC offers load-to-load transportation services to Carriers without any sign-up fees or contractual commitments. We believe in flexibility and transparency.
Termination
- Carrier has the freedom to terminate our services at any time, without being bound by long-term contracts. However, we kindly request that, in the event of termination, any outstanding invoices be settled promptly.
Commissions
- To sustain and improve our services, we request that Carrier pays a commission only when they have successfully received payment from the broker for a load arranged through Trucksmate.
Payment Terms
- Carrier is responsible for remitting the agreed-upon commission to Trucksmate promptly upon receiving payment from the broker for a load secured through Trucksmate. Our payment process is designed to be straightforward and efficient.
Financial Obligations
- Carrier acknowledges that any outstanding financial obligations to Trucksmate, including unpaid commissions, must be settled before discontinuing the use of PlayFord Logistics’s services.
Contact You
- We may contact you through SMS, Email and/or by calling you regarding our services & support.
Freedom of Choice
- Carrier retains full autonomy to accept loads from other sources, and there is no exclusive obligation to use PlayFord Logistics’s services. We encourage Carrier to make choices that align with their business goals.
Termination Notice
- Should Carrier choose to terminate this Agreement, a written notice is appreciated. Upon termination, Carrier agrees to settle any outstanding financial obligations to PlayFord Logistics INC in a timely manner.
Dispute Resolution
- We value open communication. If a dispute arises, we encourage both parties to engage in constructive dialogue to find an amicable solution. In the event a resolution cannot be reached, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration, ensuring a fair and impartial process.
