PlayFord is not responsible for issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client submissions. All service fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule and are non-refundable, as resources, filings, and operational processes begin immediately upon enrollment. State fees, permit costs, licensing charges, and insurance expenses are separate and determined by their respective agencies. While PlayFord offers structured guidance in compliance, operations, and growth, the company does not guarantee revenue, profitability, or specific business outcomes, as performance depends on external conditions. Clients remain fully responsible for their operations, compliance behavior, financial decisions, and safety practices. PlayFord maintains strict confidentiality and will not share client information except when required for service delivery or legal compliance. PlayFord is not liable for penalties, delays, or f inancial losses caused by state agencies, market conditions, weather disruptions, third-party vendors, or operational decisions made by the client.
